online Shop policy

Effective December 15, 2022

Minimum Purchase:

A minimum purchase of $25.00 is required for checkout.

Payment Options:

PayPal may be used for payment. We do not offer any other forms of payment at this time.

Returns:

Returns of defective or damaged items in unworn/unused condition in original packaging will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee charged to the original form of payment and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Please contact us (see Customer Service section below) prior to returning any products.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. [Returns will be inspected for wear. If the return is determined not to be in unused/unworn condition, the item(s) may not be refunded or returned.]

Our return policy covers items that arrive defective or damaged. It does not cover buyer’s remorse or products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not offered at this time. If an item is ordered in error the item may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy and a new order may be placed.

Shipping Rates:

TRA currently only ships within the continental United States. A flat rate of $10.00 is charged for each order. This rate covers standard shipping within the continental United States. If you are shipping outside of the continental US, please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

Each item in the Online Shop is printed on demand. This means that your purchase is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your order. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt and can be manufactured within 7 to 10 business days depending on the product. Shipping times can vary depending on the product and the country of origin. Status updates will be sent to the email address provided when the order is placed.

Extended Sizes:

We currently only offer extended sizes (2X and larger) in our TRA Hue Collection where available. Some items (3X and larger) may incur an additional cost.

Please include your full name, order number, and mailing address if requesting a return. A response will be provided within 2 to 5 business days. (Note: If the message does not include this subject line it will not receive a response.)
