These 3-minute KettleBell workouts are for anyone, not just athletes.
AFTER CREATING THE KB SWING + 5 TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ATHLETES, I WANTED to offer a workout program that anyone could use.
For some, exercising with kettlebells may seem intimidating; but these workouts make it easy for anyone at any skill level. I also know from experience that by using kettlebells you can achieve a full-body workout in a short amount of time.
TRA Drills workouts include a combination of 3 different kettlebell exercises, each performed for about 1 minute. The exercises complement each other, but target different muscle groups to achieve a full-body workout in just 3 minutes.
Perform one workout at a time or give yourself a challenge by queueing a combination of TRA Drills to create a longer workout, if desired.
